Tyler is a Financial Advisor Associate with Reynolds Rogier Wealth Management at Baird. Tyler brings a strong background in business leadership, strategic planning, and financial decision making. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. Prior to joining Baird, Tyler spent nearly a decade at AstraZeneca, where he held progressive roles across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence. He ultimately served as Director of Global Supply, leading complex initiatives that required long‑term planning, detailed analysis, and disciplined execution. In this role, he was also responsible for managing a corporate budget and overseeing asset allocation decisions, experience that translates well to thoughtful financial planning and prudent resource management.
As part of his role at Baird, Tyler is participating in the firm’s Financial Advisor training program, a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare advisors for all aspects of client service, financial planning, investment management, and risk analysis. This program further strengthens his technical expertise while reinforcing Baird’s high standards of care and professionalism.
Outside of work, Tyler values time with his family. He and his wife, Madelyn, are raising three young boys and stay busy with youth sports, travel, and time outdoors. Tyler also enjoys golfing when his schedule allows.
