Sara Rogier joined Baird as a Financial Advisor, bringing with her over 20 years of diverse experience in the automotive and pediatric nutrition sectors. Her career has been defined by a strong foundation in accounting and supply chain management, with a particular focus on strategic planning and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Baird, Sara served as Regional Senior Planning Manager at Mead Johnson Nutrition, where she led cross-functional planning teams across three North American infant formula manufacturing facilities. In this role, she was instrumental in driving process improvements, optimizing resource allocation, and aligning production strategies with corporate objectives.
Sara’s transition into financial advising is a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to helping others succeed. At Baird, she combines her analytical acumen, leadership experience, and deep understanding of complex business environments to provide personalized financial guidance. A native of Tell City, Indiana, Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Butler University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and maintains her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and regulatory compliance.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Sara is an active and engaged member of her community. She dedicated eight years to serving on the Good Shepherd School Council, including terms as president and finance council representative. Currently, she serves as treasurer for the Evansville Leathernecks 16U baseball team and is a board member of Holly’s House, a nonprofit organization that advocates for victims of intimate crimes and promotes justice through education and support services.
